FAT AND WEIGHT loss SOLUTION, That Work!

Before you start a fat and weight loss solution program.A simple suggestion I would like to make. Would be to go to the Doctor have a check up to be sure there is not anything physically wrong that may have caused the weight gain, (Example)...Thyroid problem etc. Discuss with your doctor your weight concerns, and that you are going to go on a fat and weight loss program. He or she will then tell you things to stay away from doing.Taking your personal health into consideration.

You can Lose the fat and weight by burning off the fat calories.BUT don't make the common mistake that is made when most people decide to loss that extra fat and weight,they think it is necessary to do what ever it takes to produce tons of sweat! And or put so much pain in every muscle and joint you have.  Weather that would be on a treadmill,or running 5 miles, or 1000's of push ups, pull ups,    sit ups,etc.

A point to remember pain does not always mean gain! And tons of sweat is the beginning of dehydration, not fat loss. If you want your body to be better at burning fat and weight,You must understand how our body is designed.
 
A common belief is that if you want to lose fat,you have to exercise and eat a balanced diet. Have you ever tried to lose fat? Well if you have then you will know this ismuch easier said than done. One would have to wonder with all the programs for fat and weight loss out there, Why do we continue to struggle to lose that fat?

Yes,your body needs food to survive we all know that.But did you know that most people don't eat food on that reason alone. Some eat because it might look good,or tastes good, smell good. Or because their depressed,angry,and bored,Emotions is a big part of eating incorrectly.
Food serves as energy for our body to do all of things we do on a daily basis. Without food we could not function let alone survive. So how can we look at food differently?

A good way to start is to look at food is it is nothing more then fuel for our body.  And since food produces fuel and energy for our body, we must learn to regulate how much energy we are needing.And with any fat loss diet plan, a big problem is trying to cut those calories,and that then will affect our energy. Then your metabolism will
shut down and stop and much of your energy will be lost.Your body then learns to adjust to any fat loss diet strategies, you may be trying.And when that happens you won't  get anywhere. So what is the proper way to get rid of the fat and weight you ask?

  • Step 1.Self control or Controlling emotions.Change your View of food,View it as fuel
 or energy for your body.No longer as something to bring you comfort.
 
  • Step 2.Learn how to regulate your energy reserves,By taking in the right amount of
the proper foods that will give you the energy you need for your daily requirements.
Do not starve yourself, regulate yourself-a little often instead of a lot once!!

  • Step 3. Water. Water is one the most important parts of any fat loss diet.Water keeps
your body hydrated this will help to keep your energy level balanced and keep fatigue away.

Don't make fat loss a constant struggle. With the correct information you can achieve great results and see a brand new you!
